She told them that she had known tons of famous actors, and that her dad was a rich famous director who could hook them up with any celebrity. The truth is that Frances isn't upper class and is actually poor. She did live in Fandom City Central, but didn't live anywhere near the center of it.
Chapter One - The Morning[]

I rolled down my periwinkle bedsheets and climbed out of my queen size bed. I then go over to my pastel blue colored makeup area and pick up a bottle of eyeliner. Peyton always has perfect eyeliner.' I thought. You need to be absolutely perfect. Just like Peyton. You have to be Peyton.
I concentrate on my eyeliner, ignoring the voices in my head, even though they are true. Everyone loves Peyton. I just can't wait until the day that I get to become her. Everyone loving me. Everyone adoring me. Peyton being MY second in command for once in our lives. But that will never ever happen. Peyton will always be better than I am.
No, no, no! I say in my head. You're doing it wrong. I grab the damp washcloth and wash the eyeliner off, my face red raw from the past 36 minutes.
